The final of the project on the implementation of internal customer orientation

A three-month project on the implementation of internal customer orientation at one of our clients in St. Petersburg has ended today.
A series of training sessions ended with the presentation of the product of collaboration – the Code of Teamwork. Months of implementation of new principles of work with quarterly “coordinate reconciliation” are ahead.
