Training of service managers in St. Petersburg

On July 23, the 1st training module for service managers of one of the largest networks of medical centers in the Northwestern Federal District took place in St. Petersburg. The main attention was paid to the psychological aspects of working with clients. And within the framework of the 2nd module, we will develop a Code of effective work with clients.
