Training – session in Saint-Petersburg!

On October 28-29, in St. Petersburg, I held an event in a unique format of a training – session. The participants not only studied, but also developed ways to introduce the received material into the practice of daily work. The main purpose of this training is to form the principles of internal customer orientation and managerial support for the values of teamwork.
