Basic qualities of a leader

Practice shows that true leaders, in comparison to formal managers, characterize dominant features, which, in reality, are the product of well learnt, drilled and successfully applied skills. So, for example, this is the speed of decision taking and the quality of them, charismatic persuasiveness and clearance of results’ vision.

Mastership of a leader is that he sees more and further than usual specialists.   There are a lot of management styles, but effective leaders choose exactly those, which work the best. Meanwhile they are oriented on themselves and their own type of personality, as well as on the specific of the company and business, peculiarities of staff and the team. They combine and achieve the best match of approaches in the frames chosen by their management style.
