Management intensive in Siberia

On November 9-10, Oleg Busygin conducted a team management intensive for our regular partners from Siberia and the Urals. The participants figured out how to evaluate the effectiveness of sales personnel, in practice they learned how to use IPR, apply coaching methods and transform team values. It was a lot of work, two extremely busy days, opening new horizons for these companies.
