It is important to remember that the effectiveness of any business is, first of all, the effectiveness of the people working in it, which can manifest itself not only at the individual level, but also at the team level.

During the training “Personal efficiency and teamwork” conducted by Oleg Busygin on December 8 in Yaroslavl, the participants got acquainted with the tools for increasing individual and team effectiveness. They discussed personal examples of the implementation of efficiency improvement tools and formed a set of recommendations for their use in the team’s work.
