Productivity of a working day: how to part time so that it works for us

Eight hours working day is not efficient. But, unfortunately, that is also about many other things, but nobody worries about it in Russia.  And not also in Russia. However, the consequences of the reform from the times of industrial revolution have been saved until now and people still have to work eight long hours. Even in spite of the fact that such a regime is no so much suitable for a modern person. Moreover, it not only does not give any help to our efficiency, but, vice versa, it influences it negatively.
