            It is known that in companies, which could boast of a high level of corporate loyalty, people work longer, resign more seldom and in crisis situations show more faithfulness. In practice corporate loyalty is one of the most powerful mechanism of staff management. What are the factors of formatting corporate loyalty?

  • Correct behavior of management in relation to subordinates is always connected with high level of management.  
  • Formation and support of the team spirit: every employee should know and feel that he is important and valuable for a company.  
  • Strategical identity: unity of goals and objectives of the company, vectors of its development and correctness of path choice.
  • The only valuable field: in ideal situation values of the company and values of every member of the team should coincide or, at least, be crossed.
  •  Match of a corporate and individual perspective: employees would like to be assured of possibilities of their professional and career growth, promotion prospects.  
  • High level of trust, which provides the feeling of involvement.
