Consciousness – is a necessary leader’s competence. Consciousness increase is a permanent practice for a leader. Consciousness is an ability to reflect current worries, concentrating on current situation and fully controlling yourself and, if it is possible, your surroundings. That is a state of full involvement into the current moment of life, maximum attention to it and to yourself in it. Consciousness gives strict connection with reality and safe contact with it. That is why consciousness is an important term of eliciting your potential of emotional intellect.

There is a wide range of approaches to increase personnel consciousness for all ecosystems of self-realization. Control of rationality and influence with the use of self-analysis by the following directions serve for the increase of consciousness in managing decision taking:
