What is a team coaching?

It often happens that effectiveness of the company is decreased because employees, even being highly qualified specialists, are not able to provide productive work, as they do not have a team. It happens because of the lack of mutual understanding, absence of common vision, not understanding of roles’ division and other things. And only these mechanisms all together form a strong team, which any chief or business owner dream of. A team coaching could help to make such a team. 

Team coaching is a format of group work, which, with the help of analysis and open dialogue, helps to open the potential of every employee separately and a team as a whole in order to achieve common goal of the company. Technology of a team coaching also forces formation and development of psychological safety and trust among employees. 

In the process of work a team and a coach work on their goals, which every team sets in front of it. A coach tells the group how to avoid conflicts and work out communication. Instead participants of the team (under supervision of the coach), define their objectives themselves, and then the ways of their resolutions, which, as the result, increases their responsibility for undertaken decisions.

And though the results of a team coaching are unique and depend on definite objectives, which a team sets in from of it, then often these objectives are:
