What for to study how to motivate?

People – are the main business asset. If their team activity is presupposed, then in reality they could be effective in the form of a team. A team is something more than just a unique organism. Such popular formats of management as of today, as projects, agile, networking, are based on team cooperation and team values. And what are the criteria of team effectiveness?  

Many people like think flatteringly about themselves and the most part of their contemporaries. We got used to consider ourselves as sensible and highly organized, goal-oriented and reasonable. There are leaders, who think in the following way: “what for do my employees need any motivation, they are adults and understand everything.” In the reality motivation is always necessary and it is always useful to learn it. And awareness, ruled awareness of a high level, is tightly bound with motivation.  

What is the motivation for, why should we study it? The answer to this question was given several times, but still until now it is open. And here in there are new arguments. So, we need motivation in order:

  • To learn to understand ourselves correctly and at the right time, articulating our desires and responsibilities.
  • To put in order the content of our consciousness, to revise values and strivings, to prioritize.  
  • To define in space of our “external” relations: family, work, friends, colleagues, clients, etc.  
  • To make our life more manageable and less dependable on coincidences.
  • To build up our personnel system of values and means of their achievements.
  • To increase the total level of self-discipline and conative component of our character.  
  • Possibly, to remove a lot of things, which are worth of attention, which earlier were not paid attention to or were not noticed.  
  • To enter into our consciousness and into our usage tools, techniques and operators of decision taking and goals achieving.
  • To work out personnel individual methodic and life hacks for getting the result besides standardized professional knowledge.
  • To get used to systemize our experience and learn lessons from it.
